There is an issue that keeps popping up for me and drives me nuts. Zooming into an item will also show the item at the higher level, if they are after (and not before the zoomed in item) in the higher level view.
One note, it doesn't show in this capture I used to reproduce, but I have the breadcrumbs also incorrect for these faulty shown items within my doc.
