Legend September 2025 Release

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for bearing with us as we work hard to bring features and fixes for you. Below you will find the details of today's production release.

Release Summary

Breadcrumbs and Outline chevrons now respect heading size when Infer hierarchy from Heading size is set to true in settings.
Resolved the cursor position issue where the cursor jumps to an incorrect location when users make edits.
Improvement to show multi-day events as 3 days instead of 72 hours format, plus the ability to create a multi-day event with ! Monday 3days
Fixed image resizing issue where an image becomes corrupted when it is resized in the notebook.
Preserve line breaks when pasting from other apps; we still have some improvements in this regard.

Release Details

1. Collapse by Heading Size (H1, H2, H3...) & Indents Nathan

The chevron on the outline page did not allow users to collapse by heading size, even after toggling Infer hierarchy from Heading Size under General settings. Further improvements are coming next week.

❤️‍🔥 Infer hierarchy by heading size is one of my favorite features of Legend because I want to have 8 levels of depth without indenting 8 times. I use left-aligned H1...H4s and with indentation for various sections that can go 2-4 levels deep.
